I can modify your personal yoga practice to best suit your needs.
Yoga is not a competition. Yoga is a way of life and a way to get to know your body as well.
There is no pressure, only your personal goals.
With yoga, we try to find the perfect balance between effort and surrender in order to revitalize the body and mind.
Some days you may find it easier and some other days harder.
But gradually over time you will smile and really understand the meaning of YOGA.
